For more than 27 years, Tammy Martin has called Central Oregon home, giving her a deep appreciation for the communities, lifestyle, and unique opportunities that make this region such a special place to live and invest.

Tammy’s passion for real estate comes from a genuine desire to help people find the right place for their next chapter—whether that means purchasing a home, relocating to Central Oregon, or exploring an investment property. As an owner and manager of both short- and long-term rental properties, she brings firsthand investment experience and a valuable understanding of what buyers, property owners, and out-of-area clients are looking for.

Real estate and development have also long been part of Tammy’s world. Her husband, Kelly, has been involved in award-winning buildings and developments throughout Bend and Sunriver, giving Tammy additional exposure to construction, development, and the evolution of the Central Oregon market.


Tammy believes real estate is about much more than a transaction. It’s about listening, understanding what matters most to her clients, and helping them make informed decisions with confidence.

When she isn’t working with clients, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband of 33 years and their three daughters. She and Kelly love traveling, exploring new destinations, and spending time in Mexico, where they own a home.
